LiveCyclist injured in Taunton town centre

The male cyclist involved in the incident was treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries and was not taken to hospital for further treatment.


South Western Ambulance Services have reported that the male casualty is still being treated at the scene for head and arm injuries.

Early reports state that the cyclist fell off his bike while cycling along the North Street cycle path and collided with a stationary car at around 12:29pm.


POLICE and Ambulance services have been called to Taunton town centre after a young cyclist was injured on North Street.

The male cyclist is believed to have suffered a shoulder injury as well as cuts to his face.

The incident happened around 12:35pm
