COCKTAILS, clothes, cream teas and treatments were all on offer for visitors to the West Somerset Railway on Saturday.
The Railway held its first ever Ladies Day at the Minehead Station, which is set to become a regular event in the calendar.
Lynda Fleet and Judy Hall from the Minehead station shop organised and co-ordinated the event.
Attractions on offer while the trains came and went included a fashion display by Grace at No 5!, an afternoon tea, reflexology and manicures.
Lynda Fleet said: “Overall, it was a good day and we’re really pleased with how it went.
"We have had some great feedback already.
“The treatments were incredibly popular even though we had been taking bookings, there was a queue for them the whole day.
“I think this is something which could become a regular event for the Railway and there are a few things we’d look at doing differently.
"Now people have been to the first one they know what to expect so, hopefully, we’ll have an even better day next year.”
