THE weather held out just long enough last Sunday for visitors to Dunster Beach to enjoy a family fun day.
Angela Parkin, beach manager, said: “The children really enjoyed the face painting, traditional races and stalls including a coconut shy and bric-a-brac.
“Thanks to all the companies who made donations for our grand raffle.” On Monday the fun continued with a craft fair and quiz.
The total raised so far is £1,500 which will be donated to local charities.
