THE Priorswood Local Action Team (LAT) is celebrating it first full year of addressing community issues.
The group was set up just 18 months ago and has tackle a range of issues such as setting up a highly successful football session, raising awareness of speeding in Selworthy Road and working to reduce anti-social behaviour at Priorswood Shops.
Martin Jevon, vice chairman of the LAT, said: "2007 is going to be another brilliant year.
"We want to invite all local resident to join us in tackling the issues that affect the community.
"Working in partnership with the police and other organisations means positive result all around."
The group's next meeting is Thursday, February 15, at 7pm at Priorswood resource centre.
