GARDEN lovers are being urged to attend an exclusive talk on 'Extraordinary Gardens' with Rebecca Pow, have soup and sandwiches and a tour of a rarely-opened garden on Thursday (June 12).

The open garden event, hosted by Mr and Mrs Thomas Jones at Bradon Farm, Isle Abbott, and in aid of the RNLI, will give visitors a fantastic insight into the hand-crafted scenery and an opportunity to wander around the several acres of this “stunning formal garden”.

During her talk at 12.30pm, Rebecca will take visitors on an adventure from Somerset to Cuba, Quebec, Morocco and back again.

Sarah Small, event organiser, said: “It's an opportunity for a really good day out, excellent value for money and a great way to raise funds for the RNLI.”
The event runs from 11.30am to 3.30pm, entrance by ticket only.

Tickets cost £12.50 and a glass of wine is included with the meal, to order your tickets send cheque payable to RNLI to Sarah Small, Hammonds, Thornfalcon, Taunton, Somerset TA3 5NP and for more information email msresmall@aol.com
