Punters got to sample delicious food, green living and ethical enterprise at Europe’s sole sustainability event.
For 2014, the central theme was two-fold: the need for food for a growing population, and sustainable transport, with a showcase of some of the latest green technologies.
Great British Bake Off star Glenn Cosby (featured in the video) was on site to meet and greet fellow foodies, while The Castle Hotel’s head chef Liam Finnegan and Richard Guest of Taunton’s acclaimed Augustus restaurant, manned the hotplates with their cookery demonstrations.
