A LANDMARK hotel in Dunster has been awarded the highly sought-after 2014 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
The Luttrell Arms Hotel, Dunster, scooped the award for achieving outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor and receiving praise and recognition for their excellence in hospitality.
This is the first time the hotel has gained the award since it was bought in 2013 by the Way family, owners of the highly-regarded Royal Castle Hotel, Dartmouth and The Royal Seven Stars, Totnes.
Anne Way, owner of The Luttrell Arms, said: “The TripAdvisor award is a fantastic endorsement from the people that matter the most; our customers. What they say and think about us really matters.
“From the quality of our accommodation and the real ales served at our two bars, to the dining experience in our hotel restaurant, everything has to be of the highest level.”
