A PLAYFUL and friendly cat is looking for a home after recovering from a serious leg injury.
Last month, the County Veterinary Clinic in Kingston Road, Taunton, took in the animal after a charity was unable to help due to a lack of available funds.
The clinic operated on cat’s badly damaged leg and she is recovering well, but still doesn’t have a home to go to.
Despite the clinic’s best efforts to locate her owners, the unnamed cat hasn’t been claimed.
The vets are looking for someone to give the recovering animal a new home.
Sarah Whiteman, of the County Veterinary Clinic, said: “She was brought into us in mid-July and has recovered really well since.
“We’re looking for somebody who can home her who’s going to look after her well.
“She’s very friendly and playful, and likes being fussed.
“She needs someone who is going to love her.”
The new owners would ideally be a family who have no other pets.
