Thomas Christopher Gill, 27, of Mary Street, Taunton, assault by beating, 23 weeks prison (consecutive); possession of cannabis, no separate penalty; breached a suspended sentence for four counts of assault by beating, 18 weeks prison (concurrent) on each count, consecutive on other count, for criminal damage, four weeks prison (concurrent). (G).
Paul Alan Fowler, 33, of Eastwick Road, Taunton, flashing, 26 weeks prison suspended for 24 months, £200 compensation, £310 costs, must register with the police for seven years.
Shane Millard, 18, of Penny Close, Wellington, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, community order, eight weeks curfew, £60 victim surcharge. (G).
