BISHOP Fox’s School celebrated the European Day of Languages with special activities and lessons.
Staff started the day with a French breakfast served by students from the schools language club.
All staff were encouraged to teach lessons in a European language and the language department ran a series of special lessons.
Steve Summerill, assistant head teacher, said: “It is important to promote languages to students and show the relevance of learning in today's international world. We teach French, Spanish, Latin and now run lessons in Cantonese.”
