HAPPY Go Lucky will be screened by Dulverton Films at the town hall on Friday, October 10 at 7.30pm.
Sally Hawkins plays Poppy, a North-London teacher with a permanently sunny disposition.
Director Mike Leigh fleshes her character so that even when you don't understand her, you find yourself rooting for her.
The film is a touching and truthful life-affirming exploration of them most elusive of all human qualities - happiness, the film is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
