Police stopping traffic in Wellington Road, Taunton, for census
POLICE have been stopping traffic along Wellington Road, Taunton, today (Friday, October 17).
But it's nothing to do with drivers and the law - it's all to ensure safety while motorists are asked to take part in a survey into their road using habits.
