AN inquest has been opened into the death of Elaine Parker, 47, of Glenthorne Road, Taunton, who died after being hit by a train at Broomhay crossing, Bathpool, at 11pm on Friday, October 24.
The court was told that post mortem tests showed that Mrs Parker died from multiple injuries.
West Somerset Coroner Michael Rose adjourned the hearing until a later date.
