Light switch fire in Broomfield
THREE fire engines from Taunton and the water carrier from Bridgwater were mobilised to a light switch fire in Broomfield near Taunton last night, (December 18).
Crews received a call to reports of a smell of burning at the property at 6.41pm.
On arrival crews confirmed there was smell of burning and carried out investigations using two thermal image cameras.
At 7.11pm crews confirmed there was a small fire in a light switch that was out on arrival.
Crews made the area safe and left duty of care with owner.
