JULIA Haynes, formerly of Taunton and now living in West Sussex, has been granted the Freedom of the City of London at a ceremony in the Chamberlain’s Court Room at The Guildhall, London.
Julia, whose parents Patricia Dunn and Brian Fuller live in Taunton, received the honour from the Clerk of Chamberlain’s Murray Craig.
After the ceremony Julia and her guests celebrated at a lunch in the The Sign of The Don restaurant, in St Swithins Street in the heart of the City.
