RACHEL Gilmour, the LibDem candidate in Taunton Deane in May’s General Election, went along to the offices of Taunton accountancy firm Albert Goodman.
Accompanied by Jeremy Browne, the outgoing LibDem MP, she discussed topics such as the importance of broadband to businesses in a semi-rural constituency to the future of recruiting more businesses to the area, which would provide better paid, skilled jobs.
Mrs Gilmour said: “Albert Goodman have been providing a growing range of accountancy services to businesses in Taunton Deane.
“I am delighted that most of their customers are beginning to feel the benefits of LibDem policies in Government.
“This means that the worst effects of the recession are receding and the future looks a lot brighter than it did in 2010.”
