IF you shop in a Southern Co-operative store on Saturday you’ll be forgiven for thinking staff were a bit rushed in the morning.
That’s because they’ll all be wearing their pyjamas – as part of a fundraising day in aid of the Whizz-Kidz charity.
Shops taking part are in Cotford St Luke, Norton Fitzwarren and Wellington Road, Taunton.
Whizz-Kidz provides vital equipment, support and life skills for disabled children and is the Southern Co-operative’s charity partner.
Cotford St Luke store team leader Sara Dawson said: “We wanted to do something as a team to support such a fantastic cause and hope that our customers will enter into the spirit of the day and donate whatever they can spare towards Whizz-Kidz.”
