PUPILS at Hatch Beauchamp Primary School 'dressed to express' themselves for a 'Be You Day'.
The initiative was the brainchild of the school council, who wanted us to celebrate how diverse or different we all are and how we all have different hobbies and interests.
Pete The Poet went along for the Diversity Day to explore the issues of diversity and equality with the children through drama, music and discussion.
Head teacher Liza Mackay said: "As well as having lots of fun with puppets and learning the words and singing along to Bob Marley, the children also wrote their own poems showing how much they had gained from the day."
