A FIRE in a Taunton flat was caused by a forgetful cook.
Fire crews were called to the incident at a property in Northfield Gardens at 3.47pm today, Sunday, July 26.
Firefighters from Wellington and Taunton who were called to the scene confirmed that the cause of the fire wax "unattended food" in a grill pan.
They isolated the cooker and ventilated the home "naturally".
