PLANT and craft stalls and mosaic demonstrations were just some of the delights on offer at a fundraising day held in West Monkton on Saturday, April 1.
Leslie Harold and her helpers are raising in money in sponsorship supporting Conquest Centre for Disabled Riders, Reminiscence learning and other local charities.
The team will be taking part in the Taunton Moonraker Challenge, a charity night walk, on October 3 hope to top their target and again win a prize for highest sponsorship.
They are also holding a Barn Dance at Cheddon Fitzpaine Memorial Hall on Friday, September 4 at 7.30pm.
There will be a ploughman's supplied and guests are asked to bring their own drinks and glasses.
