FROZEN'S Anna and Elsa were the star attraction at a fundraising event at Taunton's Mothercare and Pixi Photos last week.

A Family Frozen Party was held to raise money for Elliot's Touch which was set up by Watchet parents Donna and Paul Stevens after their son Elliot passed away this year.

Little Elliot, 13-months-old, died of heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy on March 3.

Donna and Paul set up Elliot's Touch to raise awareness of cardiomyopathy and mitochondrial disease, which Elliot was also diagnosed with.

They were given a helping hand at the event last Wednesday which included story time and a photo with Anna and Elsa.

Donna said: "We were overwhelmed by the support and effort that Mothercare put in, the girls there were absolutely fantastic.

"It was emotional.

"A big thank you to Mothercare and Pixi Photos and all those who gave us prizes for the event and raffle, including Yummy Cakes 2u for their amazing cakes, Zara Bangs for the beautifully stitched framed artwork she created and donated, and Elsa and Anna who were amazing and I think made all of us enjoy.

"These little things helped make a successful and fun event.

"Seeing so many smiling faces warmed our heart and always makes us more determined to make Elliot's touch a well known charity and help find the cures in Elliot's name."

Another event will be held at Mothercare on October 28 with a Hallowe'en theme.
