MANAGERS and staff at Culmhead-based Claims Consortium Group tackled Tough Mudder – a team-oriented 12-mile course testing physical strength and mental grit, including wading through ice pools and fire and experiencing electric shocks.
The firm's director of people and culture Debbie Mawer, a team member, said: "Tough Mudder instils an ‘all hands to the pump’ attitude that is central to our business ethos at the Group - it demonstrates that any challenge can be overcome with the support of others.”
The team celebrated back in their office with cupcakes after completing the course, raising over £3,000 for charities Stand Against Violence, Alzheimers Society and Animals of Asia.
