Gardening lessons for kids

Comments (0)YOUNGSTERS at St Peter's First School Williton swapped their school uniforms to attend lessons dressed as scarecrows, farmers and gardeners.
They spent the day on Friday learning about energy efficiency, paper making and composting, and designing and making life size and hand held scarecrows.
Prizes were given to the best costume in each class.
Youngsters made voluntary contributions towards purchase of bulbs to plant in the school grounds.
