Taunton shop premises and accommodation going to auction
A BUILDING currently used as an amusement arcade on the ground floor with ancillary accommodation on two further floors is going to auction.
The guide price for 24 East Street, Taunton, home to Raffles Amusements, is being offered with a guide price of £125,000 to £150,000.
The sale of the mid-terrace building takes place Eddisons’ auction at Le Meridien Hotel, Piccadilly, on Thursday, October 16.
