THREE fire crews were sent to reports of a microwave fire in Huish Episcopi earlier today.
Engines from Somerton, Martock and Bridgwater all responded after receiving a call at 12.53pm.
The fire engine from Somerton got to the fire at a property on Brookland Road and confirmed the fire was out so the crews from Martock and Bridgwater were returned back to their home stations.
Crews ventilated the property and made safe.
The fire was caused by unattended cooking.
