A TENNIS tournament is being staged in memory of a teenager who lost his battle with cancer last September.
The open charity event at Taunton School on Sunday, May 8, from 9.30am to 4pm is in aid of the James Willetts Fund.
Bookings should be made on an individual basis, with all participants aged over 18, and teams of mixed doubles will be drawn on the day.
The £25 entry fee includes buffet lunch and refreshments, while a Pimm’s cash bar will be available on the day, along with strawberries and cream.
All proceeds go to The Brain Tumour Trust in memory of James, a former Taunton School student who was first diagnosed with a brain tumour in January 2014.
Tickets are available from tauntonboxoffice.co.uk.
