IF you visited Taunton's Castle Square on Sunday, you could have been forgiven for thinking you had entered a time warp and reappeared ni any time period between 1940 and 1980.
For the town centre venue was filled with iconic, vintage vehicles from across the decades during the annual Taunton Bus Running Day.
The day promised to 're-live the golden days of bus and coach travel' and offered free, frequent services throughout the day around the town, to Wellington and Bishops Lydeard and out in to the countryside.
Visitors were also able to sample food and craft offerings during a market on Castle Green.
Meanwhile, in nearby Goodlands Gardens, a range of vintage cars were also on show, to ensure the town centre had a retro feel for the day.
