TAUNTON is basking in beautiful sunshine today (Sunday, May 29).
But it was a bit different last night with thunder and lightning storms and some heavy run.
The aftermath can be seen in our photos of the decidedly muddy River Tone in the centre of Taunton today.
Mary Climo sent us this photo of what is normally a "babbling brook" in Combe Florey, near Bishops Lydeard.
