Two Taunton men found not guilty of two counts of robbery after trial
TWO Taunton men have been found not guilty of robbery following a trial at Taunton Crown Court.
Luke Howarth, 32, of no fixed address, and Thomas Swateridge, 25, of Shakespeare Avenue, were found not guilty by a jury of two counts of robbery.
The two were charged with robbing two men in separate ion December 27, 2015.
However, the pair were found not guilty by unanimous decision on both counts on June 23 after a four-day trial at the crown court.
