BISHOP'S Hull Flower Show was a huge success with 96 exhibitors and 475 exhibits, with cups and prizes presented by Alan Avery.
The refreshments included a selection of homemade cakes made by Stella Batten, Shirley Hawker, Nancy and Josie Smalldon.
Prior to the event there was also a scarecrow competition with a scarecrow trail for people to follow.

Beaumont; floral art, Mai Curnow; homecraft, Isobel Magowan; most prize cards homecraft, most prize cards overall, Karen Dudley; handicraft, Celia Preston; children's classes four years and under, Bella Lawrence; five to eight, Isabelle Reed; nione to 12, Laurie Gallacher.
