Police and fire crews called to Taunton van fire
POLICE and a fire crew were called to a van fire in Taunton the early hours of the morning.
Emergency services were called to the fire shortly after midnight last night in Monmouth Road.
On arrival crews confirmed that the van was well alight and got to work extinguishing the fire using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
Crews also used small tools to make the vehicle safe.
The van was 50 per cent damaged by fire and the cause was deliberate. The Police also attended.
