FIRE: There has been a chimney fire in Townsend in Williton
THERE has been a chimney fire in Williton.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called at 7.04pm today (January 15) to Townsend in Williton.
Two fire appliances from Williton were mobilised to this incident.
Upon arrival crews confirmed one chimney stack well alight and set to work to extinguish using one hose reel jet and chimney gear from the hearth.
