FOUR King's College students have been offered spots at two top universities.
William Cashmore was offered a place at The Queen's College, Oxford to read politics, philosophy and economics, Grace Albery has a place to read psychology and linguistics at Worcester College, Oxford, where she has also gained a choral scholarship.
Matthew Thorne will be heading to Peterhouse, Cambridge to read to economics, and Guy Torrance, who left last summer, has been offered a place to read medicine at Trinity Hall, Cambridge.
Headmaster Richard Biggs said: "Academic excellence lies at the very heart of life at King's, and it is extremely pleasing to see two of the best universities in the world recognise the talent, hard work and dedication of some of our most gifted pupils. I congratulate Will, Grace, Matt and Guy warmly on their success. We have had a strong run of Oxbridge success over the past years, which underlines the academic credentials of this school.”
