OXFORD: Alex Jobson received an offer to study at Oxford
QUEEN’S College student Alex Jobson has been offered a place to study Law at Pembroke College, Oxford.
Alex, who lives near Wellington, has been at Queen's since joining in Year 1 in September 2004.
He is currently taking A Levels in Biology, Maths and English Literature.
"I'm very pleased to have received the offer," he said.
"Now I need to work hard to make sure I get the grades."
Alex is not 100 per cent sure which career he will eventually follow
He added: "It's early to think about that kind of thing but law is the likely option."
Outside the classroom, he enjoys kayaking and climbing at Queen's.
