FIRE: Taunton firefighters tackled the vehicle fire on Blackbrook Way
FIREFIGHTERS from Taunton were called out to tackle a fire in a vehicle containing oxygen cylinders.
Crews attended the scene on Blackbrook Way in Taunton shortly after 7pm and found the vehicle well alight.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset and Rescue said: "The crew requested a second appliance and got to work using breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet, small tools and a thermal imaging camera.
"The fire completely destroyed the engine compartment of the vehicle and the cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental."
