A POPULAR restaurant in Taunton is hoping to help combat loneliness in the elderly with a new initiative.
The Cosy Club on Corporation Street is launching free teas for OAPs on a Wednesday between 9am and noon.
The aim is that elderly people who may be feeling lonely will go along to meet others, play board games and enjoy a nice cup of tea of them.
