RESCUED: Fire crews from Taunton rescued a cow who had got stuck in a kissing gate at Mountfields Road
A COW had to be rescued by fire crews after getting stuck in a kissing gate.
One fire engine from Taunton was sent to Mountfields Road in Taunton at 6.51am this morning (April 28).
Crews used small tools and a saw to release the cow, who was left in the hands of the farmer who was going to contact a vet to check the cow over.
