THE full line-up for Somerset's Samphire Festival has been revealed.

The intimate, award-winning festival, which takes place in Exmoor National Park, is set to return for 2017 with a line-up including Crazy P, The Correspondents and Resonators.

The Samphire Festival runs from July 7 to 9, playing host to an eclectic selection of the UK’s best live and electronic music.

In a rare festival booking the underground Bristol collective, Young Echo, will take over a stage which will also play host to Kahn and Neek.

Shapes will also host a stage with Felix Dickinson and continuing the strong Bristol influence Ishmael Ensemble, Elder Island and Cousin Kula will perform on the main stage.

Other acts include the epic soul Jack Tyson Charles, exotic psychedelia group Flamingods, The Langan Band, and synth pop duo Ardyn.

Co director of the festival, Flora Blathwayt, said: "Josh and I have been working on this line up since November, it's definitely one of the best bits about putting on a festival but wow is it stressful.

"We've got super people playing Samphire this year which is why PRS for Music Foundation have granted us the money towards the programme, they see we're booking some really talented exciting musicians."

Winning ‘Best Small Festival 2016’ at the National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) Awards, Samphire Festival has now been granted £4,000 by PRS for Music Foundation to help the festival continue to promote emerging talent.

The three day knees-up will also entail award-winning street food, talks, films, storytelling, yoga, meditation and samphire foraging and much more.

This year the organisers are introducing The Club House, who will be running immersive games and theatre throughout the weekend.

Tickets are on sale now via samphirefestival.com.
