The majority of the produce is home-made using the finest local quality ingredients from local suppliers.
All food is freshly prepared to order and the premises benefit from a licence to serve alcohol.
The premises comprise of a main restaurant area with customer servery and seating for approximately 40 plus customers, commercial kitchen, covered veranda area with seating for 12 customers and a further pizza courtyard with al fresco seating for around 20 customers.
Mr and Mrs Waddon have plans to develop the popular business further.
Initially they will focus on the existing strong clientele which make up the lunchtime trade, but they also plan to extend the opening hours to include afternoon cream teas, and as summer progresses they also hope to open on Friday and Saturday evenings.
