“She has ensured strong systems are in place for checking the quality of teaching and learning. These are effective in holding others to account for the high expectations that she demands for the pupils”

The report highlighted that pupils felt safe and trusted and that bullying was not an issue.

Mr Gale added: “Pupils feel safe and trust staff. They know how to stay safe in a range of situations, for example, when learning or playing online or evacuating the school as part of the school’s fire drills.

“Pupils are not worried about bullying. They know precisely what bullying is and say it is altogether rare in the school. However, if bullying does happen, pupils are unanimous in their view that staff deal quickly and effectively to resolve it.”
