THE sun shone brightly on Brent Knoll’s annual Village Fete this weekend.
Residents and visitors packed out the village green and there were plenty of activities for all the family to partake in.
Popular stalls were filled with local crafts and produce, and there was live music, all coinciding with this year’s Medieval Fayre theme.
As well as the popular grand draw, there were Morris Dancers, the King Alfred’s School Band and dancers from Brent Knoll Primary School providing the entertainment which ran from 2pm into the evening on Saturday.
The Medieval theme saw plenty of knights and ladies populating the village green as villagers really embraced the spirit of the event.
