WITH little over a month to go, Taunton Flower Show organisers are getting ready for what could be the last time the event is staged in Vivary Park.
The Chelsea of the West - the country's longest-running flower show - takes place on Friday and Saturday, August 4 and 5 Entry for children is free and this year's show includes food and craft areas, a children's village, a plant village, gardeners' question time, wine tasting, honey making, live music and the floral and competition marquees.
Among the arena acts are Bob Hogg with his Lamb Nationals and Dog and Duck Show and the Xtreme Stunt Team where motorbike and bicycle riders perform death-defying stunts.
There's still time to enter a variety of competitions - to enter go to www.tauntonfs.co.uk where you can also find more information and ticket details.
Organisers are looking at a possible new venue next year after Taunton Deane Borough Council demanded a vastly increased fee to hire Vivary Park.
