A FLOCK of seagulls were having a slap up breakfast on a main road in Taunton this morning (Monday).
They had torn open a number of black plastic bags and were scoffing food that had been thrown away inside them.
The few drivers on the road before 6am were forced to brake as the birds were more interested in the rich pickings than getting out of the way.
From some of the ontents, it is quite clear that which outlet had been responsible for at least some of the food waste.
'There's enough for all of you'
'Get that beak working - there's plenty of grub inside'
'This way, youngster. You'll get the hang of it soon'
'Careful of the traffic'
A clue as to who threw these black sacks out.
'Time for a quick break'
'Yum, yum, over here mates'
'No more grub here'
'Interesting - possibly more munch in these bags'
