A MISSING man may have been in the Taunton area in the last few days, police believe.
Gareth Meadows, 48, from Morchard Bishop, near Crediton, is known to have frequented remote areas around Wellington Monument.
He left his home address in the early hours of Thursday in his white/gold Toyota Granvia people carrier, registration number VRM R629 VOD.
He is 6ft tall with dark wavy hair that may be tied back in a pony tail. He has a short beard and was last seen wearing a black polo shirt with blue v-neck jumper and blue jeans.
Police think he may be travelling around in his vehicle avoiding major towns and villages.
Police are urging anyone who sees him to call Devon and Cornwall Police on 101 quoting reference 660 of 27/07/2017.
