WELLINGTON'S scheduled Toolstation Western League Premier Division match at Hengrove Athletic tomorrow has been postponed, as their opponents' pitch is unavailable.

Therefore their next match is away to Street on Tuesday (September 5, ko 7.30pm)

Welly - beaten 1-0 by Cribbs last weekend - are currently 17th in the table, with Street ninth.

In the First Division, Bishops Lydeard look to continue their good recent form at home to Bristol Telephones tomorrow (ko 3pm).

Their opponents sit second in the standings to Lydeard's 13th, but Brett Andrews' free-scoring side go into the match on the back of a 4-2 win over Malmesbury Victoria and 3-3 draw at Bishop Sutton.

STAPLEGROVE, Watchet Town and Minehead are all in Somerset Senior Cup first round action tomorrow.

Grove host Clutton - against whom they lost 3-1 last weekend - while Watchet entertain Highridge United and Minehead travel to Brislington Reserves.

All are 2.30pm kick-offs.

THE women's football season gets underway this weekend, with Bishops Lydeard Ladies at home to Forest Green Rovers in the South West Women's League Premier Division (ko 2pm).

In the Somerset County Women's League, Bishops Lydeard Ladies Reserves host Wellington Ladies, Ash Rangers Ladies are at Weston AFC Ladies, and Staplegrove Ladies go to Pen Mill Ladies.

All kick off at 2pm.
