CALL OUT: Firefighters from Taunton were called to a property on Mansfield Road after reports of a domestic property fire
TWO people were evacuated from a property in Taunton following a kitchen fire.
Firefighters from Taunton were called to a mid-terraced property on Mansfield Road at 3.01am today (April 19) following reports of a domestic property fire.
Three fire engines from Taunton were sent to the incident.
When firefighters arrived they confirmed that smoke issuing from the back of the property.
Firefighters believe the fire was in the kitchen.
Crews removed two people from the property and used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one safety jet to extinguish the fire.
