A COUPLE from Nether Stowey have been excited to launch a new mobile pizzeria firm.

Andy and Laura Link have been working hard over the past eight months to refurbish a van they purchased and turn it into a business venture.

The couple have called the new business Keystone Pizzeria and had a grand opening event at the Church Centre in Nether Stowey on Saturday, April 21.

Andy, who is an electrician by trade, said he has always been passionate about food and last year at the age of 41 finally decided to take the plunge and invest in creating the business of his dreams.

“All of our ingredients are locally sourced so you will be getting really good quality pizzas,” Andy said.

“We are available to go to weddings and events and thanks to the woodfire oven in the van we can cook our pizzas in 90 seconds.”

Andy’s father helped him customise the van ready for the opening, and

Andy hopes the business will prove popular over the coming summer months.
