A BAKERY chain is preparing to open a new store in Minehead this weekend.
Greggs will be opening on The Parade on Saturday (May 26).
Eleven new jobs have been created for the store's opening.
The new branch will have inside seating for customers to use.
Edyta Krzesak, shop manager at Greggs Minehead, said: "We can't wait to open our doors and hear what the local community thinks.
"We hope customers enjoy the wide range of tasty items we have on offer."
The store will be open from 7am until 6pm on Monday - Saturday, and 9am until 5pm on Sunday.
Roisin Currie, retail director for Greggs, said: "We're delighted to be able to invest in Minehead, bringing new jobs to the area and providing our customers with a modern and convenient shop."
