A TAUNTON resident has celebrated reaching 100-years-old.
Sheila Small, who lives at Gotton Manor Care Home, celebrates the milestone at a party on Tuesday, June 12.
Residents, family and friends joined the birthday girl at the home to see in her 100th year.
She also received her letter from the Queen.
Angela Adams, activities coordinator at the home, said: "Sheila celebrated her birthday with friends, fellow residents and staff of Gotton Manor.
"She was thrilled to receive so many flowers and cards.
"She loved the card she received from the Queen.
"She enjoyed everyone singing happy birthday to her and blowing out the candles on her cake."
