IN COURT: Frazer Lysaczenko is accused of drug driving and careless driving
A DONYATT teenager facing allegations of drug driving and careless driving has been ordered to appear before Somerset Magistrates next month.
Frazer Lysaczenko is alleged to have committed the offences during an incident at Hanning Road, Horton, on March 17.
The 18-year-old defendant, of Donyatt Hill, is charged with driving a VW Golf when the proportion of MDMA and Benzoylecgonine in his blood exceeded the specified limit at Horton.
He is also alleged to have driven the vehicle without due care and attention on the same date.
Lysaczenko was due to appear before the court at Yeovil to enter his pleas but the case was adjourned until August 9 for progress to be made as he was unable to attend the hearing.
